FMS, Ltd. is a company offering IT project management, implementation and support for organizations financial and business management, as well as business analysis solutions – inter alia the Enterprise Resource Planning Solution HORIZON (Apvārsnis), which is popular in the Latvian market; for medium and small enterprises there is the Financial Management and Accounting Solution Horizon Start (UVIS). We are also partners and distributors of the world's leading Data Analysis Solution MicroStrategy, and the Municipal Information System TEKLA XCity.

More than 30 consultants every day give advice to our customers in different technology projects consulting not only about our own developed software but also offering wise advises of our partners’ solutions. FMS, Ltd. is part of FMS Group also containing FMS Software company, which core business is targeted product (namely Horizon and Horizon Start) development.
FMS was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Microlink Latvia, separating its financial and accounting solution development, implementation and servicing business from other areas. However, its beginnings date back to 1991 when the first version of Apvārsnis (Horizon) was created.  

FMS Group companies have introduced the quality management system according to the requirements of  international standard ISO 9001:2000, among others certified are development of ERP Horizon, business management analytical solutions implementation and project management support areas.

There are more than 140 professionals employed in FMS Group – software developers, IT solution advisors and project managers, technical support specialists whose competencies and know-how are continuously improved and developed. The consolidated financial turnover of the Group in financial year of 2007/08 was 5.3 million EUR.
